It all started with a loaf...
Welcome to Baked by Nic! I'm Nicolette, serving customers in the Pawtucket area and beyond. I am a wife, mom, and proud lifelong Rhode Islander. I refer to myself as a "hobby collector," and that's how my sourdough journey started. I ended up falling in love, and now I want to share my love for sourdough with my community! When I'm not baking, I work in healthcare talent acquisition. I also love to read, go to the gym, and travel. I am a huge Disney fan and worked for the Disney Store for almost 10 years.
